At 27 years old, for 3 years I have been facilitating communication within the healthcare sector as a medical Spanish interpreter. My professional journey has taught me the values of empathy, compassion, Impartiality, and a genuine desire to help others. Through my role as an interpreter, I have had the privilege of assisting Spanish speakers in the United States in accessing vital healthcare services, overcoming language barriers, and ensuring they receive the care they deserve.

Working with nurses, doctors, physical therapists, and a variety of other medical providers has made me intrigued in the field of nursing. I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to further contribute to the healthcare community through direct patient care. I am confident that my background in customer service, coupled with my experience as a medical interpreter, has equipped me with valuable interpersonal and communication skills that are transferable to a nursing or geriatric care setting.
