I'm writing this letter to express my interest in the volunteer service for Federal Voluntary Service in Germany. I currently work at Golden Resort Nursing Home and Adult day care, Portmore Jamaica, providing them with exceptional care. My primary goal is to provide a high standard of care, expand my skill set and build a good support network, and I believe this service can offer me this opportunity.

My emotional resilience helps me deal with upsetting situations. I have a cheery demeanor and good communication skills, which help me interact with my patients and form a strong connection with them. I'm willing to learn and serve irregular hours when necessary. I hold a level two certificate in health and social care and a level one certificate for the children and young people's workforce. The advanced apprenticeships and volunteer work I completed at other organizations helped me to improve my professional skills.

I would like to volunteer to help the elderly, children, sick, injured or disabled with their household chores, personal care and medical needs.
